You start at the small table: your routine, what you use, how your skin behaves. Sangwoo looks at your skin under a magnifying lamp and tells you what he'll do. If you booked the first visit with a facial, the facial follows, planned from your talk. Plan on 90 minutes.

The consultation alone is 30 minutes. An express facial is 30, a custom facial 60 and a deep-cleansing facial with extractions 75. The first visit with a facial is 90. Every service on the menu lists its own time.

Many clients come every four to six weeks. Some come monthly and some a few times a year. Sangwoo suggests a pace at the end of your visit, and you can change it.

Yes, once, before a first facial with extractions and before dermaplaning for a first-time client. If you book the first visit, it is the first half of that visit. If you come back after a long break, he starts with a short check-in.

Yes. Tell Sangwoo when you book. He may suggest a calmer facial or another day, and he'll tell you why.

Park in the lot behind the building. Come in by the glass door at the back and follow the hall to the bench. Visage is Suite 6, the second door on the left. The path from the lot to the door is level.

If you are pregnant, use a prescription skin medicine or have a skin condition a doctor is managing, ask your doctor before you book dermaplaning or LED light. Tell Sangwoo when you book so he can plan the visit around it.

Sangwoo says so at the visit and tells you why. He doesn't diagnose, and he doesn't promise that a facial will change a skin condition. If your doctor agrees, he can still see you for calmer visits while you wait for an appointment.

Prices aren't printed on this site. They depend on the service, its length and any add-ons, and the booking page shows them when you choose a service, before you confirm.

A card holds a first visit and the 75-minute facial, and the deposit goes toward your service. Please give 24 hours' notice to move or cancel.
