Your first visit

Plan on 90 minutes: 30 to talk and 60 for a facial.

  1. 01

    Step 1: Book your visit

Book the first visit on the booking page, or send a message. A card holds the time, and the deposit goes toward your service.

  2. 02

    Step 2: What to bring

Come as you are, with a bare face if you can; there is a sink to wash up.

    • Your usual routine, in photos or in the jars

    • A note of anything a doctor has told you to avoid

    • Questions you'd like answered

  3. 03

    Step 3: When you arrive

Park behind the building and come in by the glass door. Follow the hall to the bench; Visage is Suite 6, the second door on the left. Come five minutes early, and Sangwoo opens the door when your time starts.

  4. 04

    Step 4: What to expect

You talk at the small table, then he looks at your skin under the lamp and tells you what he'll do. The facial follows step by step, and he pauses whenever you ask.

  5. 05

    Step 5: Afterward

He goes over what to do at home and what to avoid for a day or two, in plain words. You book the next visit at the door or on the booking page.
