Our policies

What to expect before you book, in plain words.

Booking and deposits

Book on the booking page at any hour, or send a message. A card holds a first visit and the 75-minute facial, and the deposit goes toward your service. Returning clients book without one. Sangwoo confirms by text or email, whichever you choose.

Canceling and running late

Please give 24 hours' notice to cancel or move a visit. Arriving late may shorten your facial, because the next client's time is held for them. If you can't find the door, call from the parking lot.

If you miss an appointment

If you miss a visit without telling us, the deposit is kept. Sangwoo is glad to rebook you, and he asks for a deposit again on the next visit.

Children and companions

Visage sees adults. A client under 18 comes with a parent or guardian, who signs the booking and stays for the consultation. The room is small, so a companion waits on the bench in the hall.

Patch tests and allergies

Sangwoo tries a new product on a small area first and waits before he uses it on your whole face. Tell him about sensitivities when you book. A reaction can happen with any skin product; if one does, tell him and he'll change the plan.

Redos and refunds

If a visit didn't go the way you expected, tell us within a week and we'll look at it together. Sangwoo adjusts the plan at your next visit.

Tipping

Tips are welcome and never expected. You can add one when you pay.

Before your visit

Come five minutes early. Sangwoo tells you at booking what to pause, such as products that exfoliate, and the booking page asks the rest. Come as you are; there is a sink to wash up.

When to ask your doctor first

If you are pregnant, use a prescription skin medicine or have a skin condition a doctor is managing, ask your doctor before you book dermaplaning or LED light, and tell Sangwoo when you book. He may suggest you see a doctor first.

Book a facial

Choose a time on Sangwoo's booking page, or send a message and he'll reply by text or email.
