Prices aren't printed on this site. They are Sangwoo's own, and the booking page shows them before you confirm.
What decides the price
What you book sets the price: the service, how long it runs and what you add to it. The booking page shows the price when you choose a service.
The facial and its length
Add-ons: LED light, an extra mask, dermaplaning
Extra time for extractions, if your skin needs it
Nothing is added on the day without asking you first
What the consultation covers
The skin consultation is its own 30-minute visit, or the first half of your first visit. It comes before a first facial with extractions and before dermaplaning for a first-time client. The booking page shows what it takes.
Deposits
A card holds a first visit and the 75-minute facial. The deposit goes toward your service and is not an extra charge. Returning clients book the shorter facials without one. Sangwoo sets the amount on the booking page.
How and when you pay
You pay at the end of your visit by card, or on the booking page ahead of time. If anything changes during the visit, you hear about it before you pay.
Canceling or running late
Give 24 hours' notice to cancel or move a visit and your deposit stays with your booking. Later than that, or a missed visit, and the deposit is kept.
Add-ons and changes on the day
LED light, an extra mask and dermaplaning are added to a facial when you ask. Each lists its own time, and the booking page shows its price. Sangwoo agrees with you before adding one on the day.
Tipping
Tips are welcome and never expected. You can add one when you pay, at the studio or on the booking page.
